Stanca Alina-Mihaela-Andra

Captain Stanca Alina Mihaela Andra is an officer within the Ministry of National Defence, with professional experience in the legal field, institutional relations, and inter-institutional cooperation.

She has served in central structures of the Ministry of National Defence, where she was involved in legislative processes, relations with Parliament, and the management of appeals in the field of military pensions. Previously, she worked within the Ministry of Transport, in the areas of civil aviation and international cooperation.

She holds a law degree and two master’s degrees: one in Judicial Career Studies and, more recently, in Crisis Management and Conflict Prevention at Carol I National Defence University (2023–2025), further strengthening her expertise in security and defence.

She possesses advanced language proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) and has obtained the STANAG 6001 certification at level 3/3/3/3, which are essential for her work in allied and international contexts.

In recognition of her professionalism and dedication, she was awarded the Honor Emblem of the Department for Relations with Parliament and Personnel Quality of Life. Through her work, she actively contributes to promoting equal opportunities and to the implementation of the Women, Peace and Security agenda within the Ministry of National Defence.
