Strengthening institutional capacity for gender mainstreaming, 22 nov. 2024 22.11.2024
Between 18-22 November 2024, at the European Commission Representation in Romania, the information sessions on „Analysis of gender impact” and „Gender budgeting”, took place, organized by the National Agency for Gender Equality - ANES within the project „Integration of gender perspective in public policies and budgetary processes”.The activity was attended by representatives of ministries and central public authorities, MApN being represented by Major Oana Stromberger from Gender management office.
Participants had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge in the field of gender equality, with the aim of facilitating the integration of gender perspective into public policies and budgets, using concrete examples and interactive methods. There were also presented the ways in which the approached issues can be efficiently implemented in Romania, providing the necessary tools for active changes.
