Specific training in the context of the Romanian-American cooperation WPS, 7 dec. 2022 07.12.2022
On Wednesday, December 7, the commander of the Alabama National Guard, major General Sheryl Gordon, and the head of the Department for Parliament liaison and personnel welfare, state secretary Eduard Bachide, visited the Air Force Academy in Brasov, Romania.During the event, training sessions were held with the students of the Academy on topics such as gender mainstreaming, gender leadership and perspectives, gender stereotyping, gender equality and equity, etc.
The activities organized on the margins of the visit that the delegation of the Alabama National Guard is performing during this period in Romania are the result of the Cooperation Plan agreed at the beginning of 2022 and aim to analyze the stage of the implementation process of the field, sharing lessons learned and good practices.
